Moving from Vermont to New Hampshire-what are the chances of my daughter's current IEP being honored?

Hello-I am a mom of two children with disabilities, both have IEP's.  What are the policies surrounding switching states?  We currently live in Vermont, but are seriously considering moving to New Hampshire.  What are VT/NH's reciprocity agreements? And what can I do to make this transition easier, smoother for my children's services?
